We would like to inform you that we found out there was an issue where the Ranks of Super Arena did not reset and the rewards were not properly distributed.
Please note that this is already resolved and you should now be able to receive the rewards.
We already sent the rewards for all the users who were affected by this issue. As a token of our apology, we will be providing “50 Rubies” as compensation for the issue last week and an additional “20 Rubies” for issue about Super Arena this week
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will be doing our best to provide a joyful experience to everyone playing Dragon Heroes.
