Hello, this is the administrative team of Dragon Heroes.
In order to improve communication with our users, we would like to offer explanations regarding the various opinions and complaints which you have sent to us, as well as share our plans for the future with you.
First, we would like to tell you about improvements to wings and special dungeons, with which many users expressed dissatisfaction.
This update was planned with the following intentions.
1. Resolving difficulties in establishing a balance in rewards based on the difficulty of dungeons, etc. with the existing wing system
Ex. Resolving problems in balancing difficulty level rewards, such as using up all eight wings when playing in hell mode
2. Unifying the various types of wings into one type as much as possible for the sake of convenience for users
Ex. Allowing new / beginner users, or users without much time to play to choose and focus on what they want
3. Improving the difficulty of obtaining Grade Up materials by enabling users to play multiple times.
4. Reorganizing dungeons for upgrading and improving them to make it a bit easier to obtain enhance materials.
5. Enabling Rare Hero rewards in Daily Dungeons to be obtained in a more intuitive method and thereby making it easier for users to set objectives.
The update was performed with the above-mentioned intentions, but several unexpected problems occurred in the process which caused discomfort to our users, and for that we sincerely apologize.
We have read all of the inquiries which our users sent us on the forum and customer service center, and we are currently reviewing how to amend and resolve the issues.
We would like to explain the following and tell you what we are reviewing.
1.
We changed the special dungeon to require wings, but we set the number of wing rewards provided for attendance, push notifications, events, etc. higher than before, and we also increased the number of clear rewards proportionately to the increased number of wings used up.
In other words, our goal was to reduce stress to users by decreasing the number of plays required while enabling users to obtain as many rewards as before.
However, in the process, users expressed dissatisfaction about aspects which we had not foreseen, and in consideration of your comments and complaints regarding this, we have reduced the amount of time needed to recharge wings to half (180 seconds -> 90 seconds).
With the decrease in charging time, the amount of wings recharged per day was increased, and we expect this will sufficiently cover the previous amount of time spent in special dungeons.
The clear rewards which have increased compared to before are still the same, so ultimately you may even obtain more rewards than before the update.

The Grade Up/Enhancement system is the backbone of the game, and we have added Grade Up and Enhancement Dungeons in an effort to improve the game by enabling users to grow through person effort rather than methods such as payment.
However, if we were to simply increase the number of chances to obtain Grade Up/Enhancement materials, the gap between beginner and high-level users would not decrease, and it could ruin the balance of the game.
Hence, we had users pay with wings instead of increasing the number of Grade Up Dungeon attempts in order to enable personal choice and concentration.
In order to reinforce this, we are also expecting to remove the 20-round limit for Grade Up/Enhancement dungeons with the exception of Gold/EXP Dungeons.

We sincerely apologize for unavoidably resetting Set Reward data in the process of deleting Daily Dungeons and replacing them with Descent Dungeons.
As compensation for this, we sent each of you one Rare Hero Selection Ticket, but users who have spent a lot of time playing the various Daily Dungeons may feel that this is insufficient. Thus, in order to supplement this, we are planning additional events for obtaining Rare Heroes in the next update.

We apologize for the late update regarding content to replace conversions.
The existing conversion system was designed in order to make it easier for users to 1) obtain the desired Rare Heroes, and (2) obtain the same character for transcendence. However, we decided that the system was being abused and ruining the balance of the game.
We are planning on providing users with opportunities to obtain desired Rare Heroes, which was one of the existing functions of conversion, through Descent Dungeons and various event dungeons. We are also planning different content to play the role of obtaining characters for Ultimate Awakening, which we try to bring to you soon.
We will actively review any other feedback which you send us regarding this notice through the customer service center.
