We have an announcement for Change Rune Attribute Event.

In this case, We recognize the data was not initialized from the event ‘Change Rune Attribute Event’ conducted around January 2017. So we initialized all account properly.
For those adventurers who were unable to join ‘Change Rune Attribute Event’. Please after closing the app and update new data patch and you can join the event.
For addition, Adventures who uses free Rune Attribute change but losing Rubies will be paid back sequentially during 2017/08/10 update to before data patch update.
Thank you for your patience and understanding that there may be some delay due to the need for investigating confirmation of deduced rubies.
We apologize for this inconvenience and we will do our best to make sure that you can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
