[ANNOUCEMENT REGARDING ERROR -111]

It has come to our attention that after the 1.1.9 update for Dragon Heroes that some Users started to encounter this error.
This error is usually caused by insufficient storage space on the device or if the game's files were not downloaded properly due to network instability.
We've provided Users some troubleshooting steps in an attempt to fix the issue, however, it appears that these steps do not work and Players continue to experience the error.
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Our team is currently conducting investigations to know what is causing this error. We want to fix this issue as soon as possible.
That is why we want to ask everyone who is encountering this issue to contact our Customer Support team and provide to them the following information:
1. Device Brand and Model: (Example - Galaxy 6)
2. Operating System Version: (Example – Android 7.0 ver.)
