[Developer's Note Regarding Tenjin's Adjustment]
Greetings Heroes, Dragon Heroes Development Team here.
Today we would like to address a few things with regards to the current state of Dragon Heroes.
First of all we would like to apologize for any inconveniences caused by the Tenjin issue. It wasn’t our intention to make the character too strong that it breaks the overall balance of the game.
It is no excuse that we did not respond to the problem early, we strive to keep the management policy and minimize the downward adjustment of characters, it was not to cause inconvenience to the users who already developed the character.
However, many users continue to ask how we will address the problem and judging from the feedback we received we’ve come to the general agreement on the necessity of change to adjust the power of the Tenjin character. We will enforce the entire reward and the individual compensation for the users of Tenjin.
In addition to the changes and compensation, we think users will point out the problem in addition, after reviewing various cases, we limit the ability of Tenjin, which is near universal, to certain formations and specific situations. We have also upgraded Shaolin's ability to conserve the Shaorin team's ability might get weak.
Elphie has strengthened its ability to respond to Shaorin by strengthening Elphie’s healing power, while we left her weakness towards Kai. We wanted to preserve the balance structure of the latest heroes, so it would be geared towards, this order: Elphie > Shaorin > Kai > Elphie.
Regarding the compensation, it has been decided that players who raised Tenjin, which were relatively damaged due to the excessive strength of Tenjin. Since there is a real difficulty in carrying out the overall inspection on the profit and loss of each individual, we have decided to distribute the highest level of compensation to everyone.
We have decided to compensate users who owns Tenjin by numbers of Tenjin that they owned. This decision have been made to find reasonable and executable compensation. Despite us giving our responses and rewards, we do not think that this is a perfect solution that everyone will be satisfied with.
Even if this does not meet expectation, we humbly ask for your understanding.
In the future, we will concentrate on the development and testing of newer heroes so that similar mistakes will not repeat.
