Heroes!
There was a bug with the [Normal/Rare Hero Selection Convert Ticket] which had been distributed to users who owned Ultimate-Graded Up Louis as compensation for the changes on Louis' Skill.
The bug allowed users to convert a Limited Rare Hero to another Limited Rare Hero when only Normal/Rare Heroes were allowed to be converted.
We already added a patch to fix this issue and users cannot transform a Limited Rare Hero using the [Normal/Rare Hero Selection Convert Ticket] any more.
(The screen will show Limited Rare Hero convert as an option, but that won't be available. The UI will be fixed through the next update)
We're investigating users' game logs to find out every user who converted Limited Rare Hero using the [Normal/Rare Hero Selection Convert Ticket] and we're going to change it back to previous status to make the game to fair for every user.
This process will be completed today. We're very sorry the inconveniences caused.
