There has been a bug in Premium Hero Draw system from 10/14 update and 10/24. (GMT+9)
Only one Ultimate Enhance Stone and Ultimate Grade Up Emblem dropped from one Premium Hero Draw Ticket, when 10 Ultimate Enhance Stones and 5 Ultimate Grade Up Emblems were supposed to drop originally.
The bug has been fixed, and we're going to send out the un-received rewards to the users who have purchased Premium Hero Draw Tickets and received wrong amount of the items during the above period.
We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused and will do our best to provide better service to users at all times.
